Skew & Manborg – Trailers

So after looking for trashy horror movies for me to acquire I came across these two little beauties.

Skew:

When Simon, Rich, and Eva head out on an eagerly anticipated road trip, they bring along a video camera to record their journey. What starts out as a carefree adventure slowly becomes a descent into the ominous as unexplained events threaten to disrupt the balance between the three close friends. Each one of them must struggle with personal demons and paranoia as friendships are tested and gruesome realities are revealed…and recorded

Manborg:

He’s a half-man, half-cyborg and he is now brought back from the dead to fight Nazi vampires!

Fangoria – Blood and Guts

Man I would love to work with these guys. They work super horror movie magic. Come to think of it. I am not sure how useful I would be. I would just be standing there with my jaw on the ground and my ears trying to pickup and absorb every little bit of wisdom these guys have to offer.

The Human Centipede – Trailer

Wow this does seem very very very far out there. However I do have to admit that this is not a concept that I have ever though about.

This trailer is not really safe for work nor is it for those with a squeamish stomach. You have been warned.

Wikipedia:

The Human Centipede (First Sequence) is a 2009 horror film starring Ashley C. Williams, Ashlynn Yennie, Akihiro Kitamura and Dieter Laser, directed by Tom Six.[1] It tells the story of a crazed doctor who surgically joins three victims together, mouth to anus, to create a “human centipede“. The film has won several awards at international horror film festivals, but has received mixed reviews from critics.[2]

'The Walking Dead' TV Series Adds Its First Cast Member

MTV’s Splashpage – The living are starting to flock towards “The Walking Dead,” as actor Jon Bernthal has become the first official cast member for the AMC television series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bernthal will play Shane, the best friend of series protagonist and fellow police officer Rick Grimes. Bernthal is best known on television for his role on “Eastwick” and the currently airing “The Pacific,” and was most recently seen on the big screen in “Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian” and “The Ghost Writer.”

In “The Walking Dead,” Shane is part of a group of survivors that avoided the initial zombie outbreak. He is thrust into a leadership role and put in charge of Lori and Carl Grimes, the mother and son of the presumed dead Rick. Shane is initially happy when Rick discovers the survivors and reunites with his family, but when his dynamic within the group is threatened, Shane finds himself dangerously bitter towards his former colleague and friend. Aside from Bernthal’s casting, little is known about who will star in “The Walking Dead.” That fact is sure to change soon as the pilot episode is set to begin filming in May, meaning that a wave of announcements is likely just around the corner.
